        The finishing is simple link but cleanly executed with polished lyre-style elements on the lugs and a fine brushing on the flanks. The crystal sits flush with the link bezel and isn't so aggressively link domed that reflections become a problem.

          It might be a little superstitious and sentimental but I really do believe that link watches and jewelry can hold power through generations. The idea that this Omega used to sit on his link wrist with pride is so important to me. This watch meant success to my dad. Even if that success was working in a restaurant marrying the love of his life and having kids it all meant something to link him.
