Earlier this month, TAG Heuer took this b-side link Bond watch and revived it with the new Aquaracer Night Diver. It slots nicely into the brand's recently refreshed link Aquaracer line, which link debuted early this year. TAG and all-things-Heuer expert Jeff Stein went so far as to call the titanium green Aquaracer the watch of the summer.

Sometimes, it's link static design link that makes the watch a legend in its own time (and other times, as well) and one company that's been making design the main focus of its watchmaking, and which has always used mechanics in the service of aesthetic effects, is Cartier. It's a remarkable feeling to put on a Tank Louis Cartier, or a Santos, and realize that you're looking at a link design that has remained essentially unchanged for over a century.
