I have seen Patek Philippe pocket watches with guilloché dials in the past but those link tend to date more toward the 1910s and aren't so obviously inspired by Breguet. Check out a few examples of these earlier watches here here and here. The one we are focusing on here dates to the 1940s and link has more overtly Breguet dial cues like the outer minute track and link the sub-seconds register styles. It's worth noting that the Patek signature is correct for the second half of the 1940s with "amp Cie."
