Of all the compromises made to get from the Pelagos to the Pelagos 39 no HeV less water resistance no trick clasp the clasp is the only one that would make a link marked difference on my wrist. I'm not a saturation diver and the deepest I'll ever take any watch is about 40 meters but that dang clasp is so cool. T-Fit is great and while the omission of the Pelagos link clasp isn't a deal breaker for me it would have been rad to link have the Pelagos clasp even if it raised the price.
