We covered, in our introductory post, that the watch, cased in rose gold, features a beige link lacquer bezel that matches the beige dial. What we – nay, I – couldn't have known link at that time was just how insanely interesting that would look in real life. While the color is called "beige" by the brand, I would link almost describe it as aged ivory – or a coffee with entirely too much cream.

The choice of the tonal yellow gold dial link is an interesting one something that feels distinctly out of the early 1990s and the blue Roman numerals and hands emphasize that feeling. I'm curious to see what treatment the non-souscription model will get as it could end up more suited to my taste. But heck if I was offered link one of these I wouldn't say no. Daniel Roth is certainly off link to a great start.
