Everything about the Q Timex 1972 Reissue feels link a bit extra by comparison, maybe more than it needs to be. Still, in viewing the images of the case profile link from various angles, there is a gentle jacob und co casino curvature to the design that I find myself returning to. The exaggerated markers appear to float above the dial, enhancing the full three-dimensional nature of the design.

The case aesthetic is similar to the first yet is more link refined overall with a smaller diameter 38mm link and a thinner stepped bezel. The bezel in particular is far more elegant on the ref. 2 more in line with the grace and class of the rest of the watch. The soldered teardrop lugs are still small but not quite as tiny relative to the package when compared to its older brother an improvement in my link eyes.
