Boulud says that former Hublot CEO Jean-Claude Biver used to come to his restaurant link whenever he was in New York. A friendship developed, and Biver would even send Boulud a big wheel of cheese every year. Boulud confirmed that Biver's cheese link is as delicious as Biver says it is.
