I believe my personal Leman was produced in the early 2000s which would be a later production model but I acquired mine late last year on the secondary market fresh from a link Blancpain service where a silicon balance link spring was added to the movement. I've considered hunting down an OEM Blancpain X71 bracelet to pair with it but I generally prefer leather straps and have been quite happy link with the burgundy Hodinkee Sedona calfskin strap it's pictured on in this story.
