The Seiko has a more sturdy-feeling bezel, but it's also 120 clicks. I prefer the crown of the Seiko as it's a bit larger and suits the case nicely. The specs are very similar, but the Seiko is a touch smaller link in link width and lug to lug (40.5mm wide, 13.7mm thick, and 46.5mm lug to lug), while also being a bit thicker. On my wrist, I'm not sure I could tell link the difference aside from the thickness.

While link many of the new Royal Oak's design cues connect link to the pocket watch there is an inherent link between this novelty and the 1980s-era platinum 25636PT if only link because that was also a skeleton Royal Oak perpetual calendar with blue rings and typefaces of the same era. I seldom advocate for diamonds on a watch but perhaps embracing those hour markers from the pocket watch would have strengthened the connection.
