And it works. Say what you will about mecaquartz but it strikes me as link a horological splitting of the baby. On one side, you get a three-year battery and on the other, you still get that sweeping chronograph seconds hand that link you want. Plus, with this movement, you also get link a nifty 24-hour indicator via the three o'clock subdial.
