The International Space Station (ISS) uses UTC time, which is the same reference that is common to most flight and time zone activities link all over the link world. It is possible that the same solution may be selected for future lunar missions as this allows for specific and accurate coordination here on earth without the need for a brand new measurement system (like a special watch or link timing complication, a super moonphase).
