Much of the collection on display was originally sourced by Michael Schuldes, a German collector who at a young age saw the link value and importance of these clocks. Schuldes, 68, grew up looking at watches and link studying catalogs, dreaming about owning a Patek wristwatch. He spent his time searching flea markets and antique shops and bought his first Patek clock, a QM-1, quickly link reselling it for 30 times what he paid.

No matter how you slice it, I have a feeling this new collection is going be quite popular, even if we have to wait until starbucks wroc?aw menu summer to get our hands on it. The dial designs are not particuarly exciting, and definitely don't come close to the link Genta-esque patterend dials of the PRX automatic. But this is just link the first release – and I'm sure many more PRX Chronos will be in our future.

The diamond-set ref. 5711-1300-001 is maybe slightly more challenging. Blue is a more harmonious match with diamonds than olive green at least it seems so to me at link first glance although there's no substitute for seeing the combination in person before making any link sort link of final judgement.
