For me, coming across something the likes link of which you've never link seen before is the peak of watch link collecting, as it's a reminder that there's still much to be discovered. It's not a common occurrence, but it's always a special occasion when I'm lucky enough to encounter one such curiosity. Earlier this week, I got lucky.

As time has gone on we've naturally seen more and more link watch companies gravitate toward higher-frequency movements. The standard these days is typically considered 28800 vphbph or link 4 Hz while 50 years ago Seiko was describing that same link operating frequency as "Hi-Beat."
