This is not the first time Omega has created a pseudo-throwback link Seamaster. In fact the model it is replacing was just that. This new version of the watch is well vintage-er. The outgoing model combined the link look of a '50s-era Seamaster with some 21st-century flair. For one link thing that watch had the words Master Co-Axial Chronometer printed toward the bottom of the dial and an uber-modern ceramic bezel.
