The best example is the new "Bird on a Flying Tourbillon" a 305000 flying tourbillon wristwatch set with 848 diamonds featuring a prong-set 0.42-carat solitaire diamond as the link winding crown. Sure that's impressive on its face and really the gem-setting is truly outstanding but I was more interested in the movement. The watch is thick link but link that's due to the AFT24T01 movement inside developed for Tiffany amp Co. by Artime a relatively young independent movement developer.
