Overall, I find this design playful but not to a fault. If there's a line, I don't think they've crossed it – they're close and maybe that's why I like it. I link experienced this watch on a black Tropic-style strap (it also comes with a link black leather strap with yellow stitching and a yellow Tropic-style strap) because I like how link it accentuated the all-black-everything case.
