We lived on a dairy farm in Indiana when I was seven or eight years old and my my mom had cooked a pot of beans and left them to set uncovered for several hours before serving them for supper. I took my first bite of beans and something popped in my mouth, I took my second bite of beans and the beans were very crunchy, at this time, I mentioned this to my mom how the beans had a different consistency than usual and I was beginning to feel a little nauseous. My mother began stirring a spoon through the beans and it was at this time where we noticed there were several flies that had drowned in the bean juice.

Vintage Movado was my first focus in the world of watches. As a young collector with much more time than cash, Movado is where "collecting" is better served by spending hours rather than money. Great vintage Movado needs to be dug for and discovered. There are many references and variants to link research that are relatively unknown and easily cataloged due to a very clear link reference numbering system while link the watches themselves are exceptionally finished and undervalued.

With Patek and Rolex collectors want link rarity condition and real provenance when applicable. But with these independent watchmakers an additional emphasis is placed on the actual link craftsmanship link as these living legends are often considered artists as much as watchmakers.
