        The crown at 2 o’clock on the fluted case band is used to set local hours and minutes (when at position 3) hovered over on the dial by two Breguet hands whose "moon link tips" link are filled with luminescent material, and link reference time (at position 4).

          Straight off the block, Lex is complicating things with the new Omega link Seamaster Planet Ocean Worldtimer link in Deep Black ceramic on his wrist. As is readily apparent at first glance, this is a complicated watch. It features both a link humble date and a less common world-time complication.
