I have friends who use it regularly and say that they are great to deal with, even if you have a problem.

Are there different Paypals ,if you buy from different countrys,if so the telephone calls could cost quite a bit if one had a problem??

My bank advised me to set up a special account to use for paypal. Not to use my regular account. They said it is basically safe but not to use an account with larger sums of money in it. I'm just giving you that info.
