Depends where & how fast you are driving, and what kind of fuel you are using (urban or extra urban) the average mpg for a Corsa 1.4 is 51.4mpg, so you may get roughly 10 miles with 1 litre.
Although I wouldn't drive my car with only 1 litre of petrol in it.
