Joke of the day: A state trooper is on the side of the road trying to catch sppeders. The speed limit is 65 m.p.h.
(speeders)He sees a car in the speed lane going 22 m.p.h. He catches up with the car and pulls it over. The driver, in her 80's, is perplexed. "Officer, I wasn't speeding, why did you pull me over? I was going at 22" The trooper said,"Lady, doing 22 in a 65 is just as dangerous as speeding." "But officer, I was doing 22!" NO,m'am...it's Route 22." There are 4 ladies in the car, also in their 80's and white as ghosts. "Are your passengers o.k?." "Yes, officer, we just came down from 189."

Reminds me of being told that whatever the speed limit posted on that hairpin curve was only half of what you could do safely. Sometimes, but not always....
