First, you need to see a doctor to find out what is causing it.

1) Right click on chosen picture.
2) Save picture as.
3) File name: (name it)
4) Click on: SAVE
5) Edit my profile.
6) Profile picture.
7) Browse.
8) Recently changed.
9) Select chosen picture.
10) Open (it will have filled in the blank)
11) Click: Upload.
Done!!!

These steps SHOULD work but at least one member (jhharlan) has found it impossible to upload a picture. She has told admin and they say they are working on the glitch. You may also have problems and if so, please contact admin.
Well , still unable to do so .
Since I don't have used a real email id here , so I think the process would be more difficult . In that case it would be better to have an animated photo .

You can't do anything without a proper email address, there are links that are sent there you MUST click on.
