    ...go back into settings and raise the volume back up or unmute it... settings can usually be found in your start menu or the top right hand corner of your home page in google...

      See your doctor ! Memory lapses are nothing to disregard and I would seek medical assistance as soon as possible. If this is a matter of missing time or possible alien abduction then report it to MUFON although they can't really help bring back your memory.
