We will also be raising some money for the WoJ. We are providing a 3 course Romanian meal which I am cooking with friends. I wondered - could you tell me how to prepare a traditional cabbage salad like the one we had on our summer camps? Also would you have a traditional or family recipe for a cherry tart or cake? Any help with these

      It seems that you may be on the wrong site Mary. This is a world wide question and answer forum called akaQA. We answer general questions only. I doubt that any of us were at your summer camps but you never know.       :)

              0-0-0-0-0-. They both sound ggoooodddddd ! I used to like the way my mom made cabbage salad. I 've made it too. She even made a form of cooked cabbage salad with pieces of fried bacon in it and other goodies.
