This is a bit confusing ... exactly what are you asking?
To stop mail delivery to a particular address will require a trip to a postal outlet and will cost money to divert mail to an alternate address.
If you are receiving unwanted mailings just write 'return to sender' or 'wrong address' on it and send it back at no cost.
