Ducky: Are Canadian commuters as considerate?

Some are, I guess. I suspect that most would simply slow down and let the little critter find its way, rather than tie up traffic for miles. (I know that they prefer to just run ME down.) It's a good thing that the police came along, otherwise, the commuters would still be waiting.
