There are laws regarding marital rape in all 50 states in the USA
....and many are gender neutral.
Without going so far as to get this question 404'd, what are YOUR views on the subject.
Mine: I believe it exists, should be prosecuted as such, and the major problem is the partner who lodges the accusation backpedaling out of love, embarrassment, fear, etc.

I'm all for recording all such events as an alternative to jail time whenever either party may be near criminal liability. Such recordings cannot be aired or altered in any way as original recordings and used only as evidence. The door swings both ways, so be careful to protect your freedom and respect your liability also. Disease free is also of significant interest in liability issues.
