      Apps have a download button that you click and then follow the instructions for the download. Once the download is complete, right click on it and select "open" to now install the app to your device. Be sure to uncheck any features or added downloads that you do not want. Follow the instructions carefully.

        There is a generally a "help" feature on an application.  Click on that and you might get a list of FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), or even directions to a live being to assist you!
