In the long term garlic is helpful,  if you don't like eating it you can take a garlic capsule every day, I've been taking them for about ten years. I find I don't get hardly any colds, hayfever and allergies are much milder, and I very rarely get bitten by knats. 

Before my son was born link last summer Id made a in retrospect hilarious promise to myself that I wouldnt look at my phone while he and I were together. A watch my fathers old watch specifically would be a way to hold myself accountable to a delusional version of motherhood where phones were no longer addictive and my baby link would only play with wooden toys. Then when he arrived I gave myself a pass on the watch on the toys on caring about time in link general.
