    I have 3 fans on the same floor, each remote interferes with all fans, how do I stop that?

    Well, whatever it was just blew right by me, maybe because I had the same issue when I bought several identical ceiling fan/light combos. :)

    THAT "blew" past me, so now it's getting funnier by the minute. lol

    It's possible all three of the remotes are set with the same code, as are the fans.  You have to change the codes on the fans and the remotes.  The instructions you still have should give you directions on how to do that.  After you have attached a code to each fan/remote, you might want to identify the remotes with a Sharpie, nail polish, or something that sets them apart.
