    Will WW3 ever be declared "officially"?

    lots of nations are actively involved in conflicts the world over, millions of people displaced and who knows how many casualties. isn't this the very definition of a "world war"?

          The U.S. never declared war on any of the countries it bombed , since the Korean war. It will just continue to bomb countries........without consulting it's citizens or getting Congress to declare war.

            We did not need to declare war when war was already declared on us. Roosevelt bombed Japan because they declared war on us by attacking Pearl Harbor. Bush retaliated for 9-11, he was wrong in who he went after but that's another story. Reagan threatened to retaliate by bombing when our people were held captive by a militant Iran. Which war are you speaking of that we actually started without declaring war?

            I doubt war will ever be a prospective highlight here ever again for the USA or anyone else, the penalty delay has gone way down.
