Do you mean an eBook that does not come from the Kindle store? If yes, then yes it is possible but you have to know how to reformat the eBook so it can be read on the Kindle. Instructions can be found here > http://www.thehowtosource.com/2011/07/09/put-any-ebook-onto-your-kindle/
