    I have Knee pain that shoot up to my inner and outer thigs and it comes and goes at random. Does anybody know what this might be?

    The knee pain is in the center of my knee, like inside. And shoot up to my thighes and the pain will stay for a while and go.

      Depending on your age etc it's probably osteo arthritis.Consult your doctor or go to the ER.An Xray may be called for.Good luck.

        It could be pain in the outer aspect of the ishial- tibial band.That can hurt from your hip to your ankle and including pain in your ankle


        Or, it could be shin splints.  Or , it could be sciatic pain.  I've had all 3 .  But, we're not here to diagnosis. So, go to your family Dr  for starters; and maybe  he / she will direct you to the proper specialist.
