First, do a "Google" search of the company and locate the "Contact Us" on their home page. Either telephone or email with your complaint, including every detail that will help them connect to your account and the specific issue.
akaQA is a general question and answer forum, as far as I know, and wouldn't have done any repairs or charged any fees to you.
