    How do I file a complaint against my employer for violating my rights under our pension agreement.

    I retired from my job with a pension allowance.  After I retired, I was awarded a large amount of back pay from a grievance arbitration award.  I petitioned the Retirement Plan Administrator  for increasing my pension payment amount to include the back pay as average income for calculating my monthly pension payments.  The Plan Administrator refuses. How do I file a complaint in court against my employer and the retirement plan administrator?

      If you live in the UK go to the Citizens Advice bureau, they will do all the work for you.


      If not, get advice from an employment lawyer.
