Try installing the Firefox browser again. That's a browser error. A fresh browser should fix the error.

Firefox works very well for me.Now I can get on facebook and see my little ones for the first time in a year and 1/2. And all the other features of my computer that weren't working........now work for me ! I even have spell check too here on akaQA ....which I never had before with I.E.

Try changing your browser, I use google, never had a problem.

It took me years to figure out what a " browser " is...... Some people said it is the keyboard.Some people said it is the little two squiggly lines at the top of your page..( refresh) I thought it was your computer hard drive or your internet service, like aol or yahoo.
They just should have told me my browser was I E and that I should switch to fox fire or chrome.

Well good luck with the tech support from India! I finally found one based in New York and all tech's are English speaking which is what I want.
