    Anybody have it, or know somebody who does, and if so,do you or they, know for sure, some physical exercises that actually work in lowering the pain level>><<<<?????>>>><<<<<<<<

        i tried some of their excises Duck,But the pain was worse the next day,I was looking for somebody who has the problem,and actually got a bit better from what they did,,thanks for your help anyway Duck,,all the best>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
