A wider step ladder will be more stable when standing on the ground.

I think I'd feel safer on a wider one.

According to link Phillips, the legend goes that Cottier performed the final assembly of these watches (at his own insistence) and hand-made the distinctive hands himself. For this piece, the enamel link disc itself link is signed "LC" by Cottier.
