This is how I got mine to work to set the time.
On either sides of the 5 buttons, there are two holes. The silver metal piece in one of the holes is the reset button. While holding down the mode button, press the reset button with a pen. It resets the time and calendar.
Once it is reset, hold down the mode button and press the alarm button, which is the button next to the mode button to change the year, date and time.

My Ultronic weather station was a gift possibly from TIME magazine some years ago and the operating instructions are long gone.
The devise is a desk model weather station powered by2XAAA batteries and provides time,
24hr or Military, Temp. Cent. or Faren. Rel. Humidity, Temp Trend and cloudy/sunny forecast. It is set with five unlabeled buttons on the back arranged horizontally and is stainless and black in color.
I know the left most back button selects mode and two of the other four are "up and "down".
If any one is familiar with the device and knows their proper label it would be greatly appreciated.
