    How can I sign in when e-Bay won't accept my e-mail address?

    Make sure you are using the email address you used when you created the eBay account. If you more than one email address, try the other one/s. Make sure you are entering the full email address (meaning to include the @whatever email.com)

    Close the computer and try again. Make sure you do not use spaces or commas instead of periods/dot in the address.
