    Why won't my computer run the 2nd & 3rd steps to update my windows drivers?

    When I try to run an update only gets me to the 1st step. Do I want to save this file. The rest does not come up!

      I do not have an answer to your question, but did a "search" of "updating windows drivers" and got 7,820,000 websites that think they can help.  My suggestion would be to do a search of your own, where you can present your specific problem on a website that specializes in windows updates.
