       What kind of surgery?  Who denied the PT and what were the reasons given?

        You have to have a doctor's order for physical therapy. Then, if it's denied......is it b/c your insurance doesn't pay for it ? If that's their policy, or if you don't have insurance, then you don't have much to go on. You could try to get on medicaid, and see if they'll pay for P.T.
