      Anyway Pfizer,lost out for the time being,They offered 90.3 billion pounds for AstraZencca,the biggest take over ever tried ,So hopefully jobs will be save,and Pfizer will have to look somewhere else for thier grubby deals,

        Pfizer and its lawyers/accountants will have thoroughly done their work so tax savings will be ok but besides that a valuable portfolio of drugs are a major reason get Astra.
