    why do i get noes bleeds a lot

    Air is too dry or you have a medical condition (if not drug related) that you need to see a doctor for. 

    You might have a capillary too close to the surface- - - -inside  your nose. That's what they told  my mom when she used to get nose bleeds often. I think they cauterized it. In my opinion, you should go to an ENT  doctor. An ear, nose, adn throat Dr.  If you don't know of one.......go to your family Dr. and have him / her recommend one. Or you might have irritated your nose by blowing too hard when you had a cold, or allergy , or sinus infection.

    Probably because you aint eating right! :-/
