Who do you miss the most?
Please take a look at the first couple of pages of "Top Contributors". We haven't heard from many of them in quite a while, each one with his or her own reason for becoming inactive.
Is there any member you miss more than the rest? If so, please share and give a short reason why you miss that member.

I think I have her phone number and will call.
Had a nice conversation with itsmee this afternoon. She has retired from akaQA for personal reasons, and sends her best to her friends here. She especially sends regards to Tommyh.
Another great aka member bites the dust! Hector/Dennis said he's leaving too. What a shame that so many good people who have dedicated so much time to this site feel they must leave.
Something or someone is out of control around here.
PLEASE ask Dennis to reconsider. His contributions are lighthearted and sincere at the same time. He's been keeping our heads above water with questions that aren't 2 years old. AND, he seems like a really nice person.

He and his 6 other accounts are suspended. I can not tell you why he is banned from here but it is for good reason. You miss a fictitious person terry. Everything he claimed to be under any account he created was false. There's nothing to miss except a lie. Trust me, it takes a lot for the admin to ban a member. They have to be pushed to the limits and beyond before they ban someone. RJ pushed and pushed hard. Trust me, you do not want to know the real RJ. No one does.
okay i guess i am a bit naive ,i did not know he had other names,,however any conversation i had with him,was back aways's just after i joined AKA,and i was on a learning curve,,to be honest i am still learning about AKA,,,,,,thanks for the info ps ,bulletman said according to his profile he had been suspended,i looked on his profile ,i could not see where it said suspended
You're not naive. You're like most every other member here. You trust that the person you are conversing with is real and true. Not someone playing a role and roping you into a false reality.
I know you did not know. This is the stuff the admin think the members should be protected from so do not allow the mods to say things on the forum about it. But the missing members keep getting mentioned here and I know some want to believe I made them go away. I have had to keep silent for too long. I think some answers should be given especially if the member has been gone for over a year. No one is ever unfairly banned from akaQA. That I can say with certainty. Only the admin can ban a member and I know what it takes for them to do that. They are very hard pressed to actually ban a member for life.

thanks for the info Colleen,,i think when somebody has been on this site for quite some time and then they are suspended,,i think some form of information regarding that person should be let out,without causing to much personal problems for the member or admin,i am not big on family,but i have heard other members here who have gotten very tight with fellow members,,just a suggestion,,,,,,,,,,,
I have had this argument with the admin myself because I know the blame typically falls on me because the members just do not understand. The admin are adamant about privacy, even for the banned member so I can not say anything. I think they have to cover themselves where privacy is concerned. I even went back and edited out some of what I said here (I had to rethink putting it out here). I have to follow their rules even if I do not agree with some of them. It's their forum. So, I'll go silent about what I know again.

He offered to pay the cab fare for a minor to come to his house so he could teach her about sex. Totally illegal. He could not be allowed to remain on this forum.

He is just over 2and a half years old,Hector died aged just before his 12th birthday,Yes he walks as a rule,
He could have just stressed a muscle. My dog does it when he pulls on the leash or runs too hard. Gentle massaging and a day of rest tends to help him. But do take him to the vet on Tues just to know for sure.
Yes, Umbriel was intelligent, but he lost me when he started talking about " fist f- - -ing" a 12 yr old girl.

I truly appreciate what you wrote, veysley. It seems really dumb to me to not have that time available during secondary/high school for students to do something besides stand around. We have Physical Education here (US), and it's not all it's cracked up to be!
When I taught, it was down to one P.E. class per student per week lasting 1.5 hr. Way too little. And all they did was walk the cross country course most days.

Miss Kitty has reincarnated as a bulldog somewhere in the UK or maybe Malta [I'm not positive] and Jimbob Walton got busted for rustling parts for that dang ole car so he's been wearin' stripes down at the state farm for ages now... ages and ages...
