        I click on mail then have an option to upgrade, I choose to not upgrade at this time, then I see my mail but cannot open or delete anything, delete or anything

        Which e-mail provider do you use? Do you click no for the upgrade? I do not know of any free e-mail programs that bother you with upgrade notices.
