    Do individuals have the right to try to ensure their living environment is free from possible environmental hazards. such as wireless services from AT&T, the smart meter from DTE by declining the service? Or towers added to their neighborhood.

      Any agendas are able to be discussed.  I do not know where you could go to live to escape all the power issues you have.  What are you using now to power your computer or smart phone??
