Firefox or Google Chrome. I use both and can have up to 15 tabs open at a time and have no issues with the browser freezing. Google Chrome is my preferred browser however. Just do not load down the browser with a bunch of add ons. Browsers usually encounter freeze issues because people add too much stuff to them.
