You might want to return it. This device is considered obsolete. The website that hosted the apps is no longer active. I can not tell you how to change the operating system and I'm not sure if anyone here would know. This is a general question and answer forum. For something like this, we would use Google and as far as I could see, there is little information on the internet about this device.
