Not directly because Vodafone is not an android.
For now, try this: You have to download Bluestacks to your phone first http://www.bluestacks.com/ then you can download the Whatsapp application. If it does not work, then you can not download Whatsapp to your phone because it's not an Android. Whatsapp use to work for this but some have suggested that since Facebook bought Whatsapp then bluestacks may no longer work to convert the app.
